Amber's Glass

Many, many exciting things are happening at Amber's Glass these days!!

I am fully aware it is better not to have  a website than a crappy one, so if you are actually reading this, please know my gratitude and send Amber's Glass your good vibes.

At this moment we have an offer on a property for the glass production hot shop.  It is super hard to keep the secret, but stay connected with us!  We expect to be in production around the first of the year.

In the meantime, I have graduated a Certified Welder from Fred W. Eberle Technical Center in Buckhannon, WV.  And much love goes to my instructor Fred Dumire who enrolled me in the SkillsUSA Championships for Welding Art Sculpture where we swept the state competition and went to Nationals in Kansas City, MO in the  Summer of 2011.  And I took the bronze!!  To learn more about the projects read the Amber's Glass blog

Currently, some glass is available online at Etsy.  My remaining work is available along with both the metal sculptures which are deliciously over priced.  This ridiculous number represents what it would take for me to give up either of my first two metal sculptures, which were huge learning experiences for me and happen to be award winning!!  The bottom line is that I am not producing glass, and to build a glass shop, first you have to build The Universe which takes resources.  So the price is firm because I will use that money to buy a plasma cutter and welding machine for my facility and start producing metal work too!
