All Amber's Glass sales are final. If you find a defect in the purchased item, please contact me with your concerns and a possible exchange for a similar product. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service with in 2-3 business days. If your shipped item arrives broken, it was insured, so please, contact me immediately to resolve.
